I'm Olga Safina, an experienced marketing and communications expert specializing in the launch and development of brands of various sizes. With experience developing personal brands and participating in the global marketing efforts of major players in the IT industry, I bring a unique combination of creativity and strategic thinking.

Path to Now
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, I've navigated diverse roles—from radio and television to the oil industry and PR in a leading alcohol company. Notable projects include spearheading initiatives like UNIT.City, Innohub, and FEDORIV HUB in Kyiv. I've also played a key role in the creative transformation of VDNG.
My corporate journey extended from 2017 to 2019 at Innovecs, a global IT company (USA), where I shaped employer branding and global marketing strategies. From 2019 to 2023, I directed the employer brand for Parimatch Tech and GR8 Tech.
In 2022, my path led me to Oregon due to the full-scale invasion by russia in Ukraine.
I'm currently contributing to the employer brand Growe, aiming to inspire entrepreneurs and foster success stories.
